Step 1
Boil 1 cup of water in a kettle or small pot until it reaches a rolling boil, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 2
Place 1 tbsp of dried chamomile flowers into a tea infuser or directly into a mug.
Step 3
Pour the boiling water over the chamomile flowers in the mug.
Step 4
Let the tea steep for 5 minutes, until the water turns a golden yellow and smells fragrantly of chamomile.
Step 5
Remove the infuser or strain the tea through a fine mesh sieve into another mug.
Step 6
Allow the tea to cool for 1-2 minutes until it is warm but not scalding, then sip slowly and enjoy.
