Step 1
Season the 2 chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and rest.
Step 3
In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, the juice of 1 lime, and the 0.5 cup orange juice. Scrape up any browned bits and simmer until slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in the chopped cilantro and sliced red chili. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
Step 5
In a small pot, warm the black beans with the sour cream and juice of the remaining lime over medium heat, stirring until hot and creamy, about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the chicken with the creamy beans and extra lime wedges on the side.
