Step 1
Cut pita into rough 2-inch pieces. Toast in a dry skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, until golden and crisp, ~4 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

Return skillet to heat with 1 tbsp oil. Add ground lamb, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned, ~6 minutes. Stir in spice blend, garlic, and a pinch of salt.

Cook garlic 30 seconds until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in pomegranate molasses.
Step 4
Stir yogurt with 1 minced garlic clove and a pinch of salt in a bowl until smooth.
Step 5
Spread yogurt mixture on a plate or shallow bowl. Top with crispy pita pieces, then spiced lamb.
Step 6
Heat remaining 3 tbsp oil in the skillet until just smoking, ~60 seconds. Drizzle over the fattah and serve immediately.
