Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp neutral oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.
Step 3
Add half the pork slices in a single layer. Cook 90 seconds per side without stirring until lightly golden.
Step 4
Transfer cooked pork to a plate. Repeat with remaining pork. Return all pork to skillet.
Step 5
Pour the ginger-soy sauce over pork and toss for 30 seconds until coated and glossy.
Step 6
