Instructions

  1. Step 1

In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tbsp sesame oil. Set aside.

  2. Step 2

Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil and 0.5 lb sliced beef. Stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beef from skillet.

  3. Step 3

In the same skillet, add 1 julienned carrot and 1 cup snap peas. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp-tender.

  4. Step 4

Add 8 oz cooked noodles and the sauce mixture. Toss everything together for 2 minutes until noodles are heated through and coated.

  5. Step 5

Return the beef to the skillet. Stir-fry for 1 more minute until everything is well combined and hot.

  6. Step 6

Garnish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately.
