Step 1
Toast the bagel halves in a toaster or oven until golden and crispy, about 3–4 minutes.
Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a small skillet over medium. Crack the egg into the pan and cook until whites set but yolk still jiggles, ~4 minutes.
