Step 1
Cube the 12 oz tuna into bite-size pieces, toss with 3 tbsp soy sauce and let sit 5 minutes until glossy.
Step 2
While the tuna marinates, dice the cucumber and tomato and slice the avocado into wedges.
Step 3
Divide 2 cups warm cooked rice between 2 bowls, spreading it into an even layer.
Step 4
Top the rice with the tuna, cucumber, tomato and avocado, then spoon over the soy marinade left in the bowl.
Step 5
Scatter sesame seeds or a pinch of chilli flakes over the top if you have them and serve right away.
