Crispy Potato-Crusted Salmon
This potato-crusted salmon is a cozy oven-baked dinner where thin slices of potato turn golden and crisp right on top of the fish. The salmon cooks underneath, staying tender and flaky while the potatoes roast into a lightly crispy layer. A little olive oil, garlic, and simple seasoning bring everything together.
