Step 1
Slice 2 large ripe tomatoes into thick rounds and overlap them on a serving platter.
Step 2
Sprinkle the tomatoes with 1/4 tsp salt and let sit 5 minutes, until juices bead on the plate.
Step 3
Halve and pit 1 avocado, slice the flesh, and tuck the slices between the tomatoes.
Step 4
Tear the 8 oz burrata into rustic pieces and scatter them evenly over the salad.
Step 5
Scatter a handful of basil leaves (and microgreens if you have them) over the top, then drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil and serve right away.
