Heat olive oil in a 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.
Step 2
Stretch and press the dough into the skillet, filling it evenly. Cook without stirring until the bottom is golden and crispy, 4–5 minutes.
