Bring a small pot of water to boil for the eggs.

Mince garlic and ginger, and slice green onions.

Shred the nori sheet with your hands into thin pieces.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ground pork and break it apart with a wooden spoon.

Cook pork, stirring often, until no pink remains.
