Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Boil spaghetti in salted water until 2 minutes before al dente, then drain.

  2. Step 2

    Cut two large sheets of parchment paper. Divide pasta between them, piling in the center of each sheet.

  3. Step 3

    Top pasta with shrimp, clams, mussels, garlic, tomatoes, and 1/4 cup wine on each. Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

  4. Step 4

    Fold parchment edges over and fold/crimp all sides to seal completely, creating an airtight packet.

  5. Step 5

    Place packets on a baking sheet and bake 8 minutes until the parchment puffs and seafood releases steam.

  6. Step 6

    Carefully tear open each packet at the table—steam will release. Discard any unopened clams or mussels.
