Step 1
In a large bowl, beat 1 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
Slice 1 cup strawberries into thin pieces. Gently fold half of the sliced strawberries and 1/4 cup blueberries into the whipped cream, keeping it light and airy.
Step 3
Spoon the berry cream mixture into 2 serving cups or glasses, layering with the remaining sliced strawberries and blueberries.
Step 4
Warm 2 tablespoons strawberry jam in a small microwave-safe bowl for 15 seconds until runny. Drizzle the jam over the top of each mousse cup.
Step 5
Chill for 10 minutes before serving, or serve immediately for a softer texture.
