Place marshmallow on a roasting stick or skewer.
Step 2
Hold 4–6 inches above the flame, rotating slowly until golden brown all over.
Step 3
Place chocolate on a graham cracker. Slide the hot marshmallow onto it.

Top with a second graham cracker. Press gently and pull out the stick.
Step 5
Serve immediately while chocolate is melting into the marshmallow.
