    Slice bell pepper, zucchini, and onion into thin strips. Set aside.

  2. Step 2

    Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add a splash of oil, then stir-fry the minced pork until browned, about 5 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.

  4. Step 4

    Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook for 1 minute, then fold in Thai basil leaves until wilted.

  5. Step 5

    In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up or over-easy until the edges are crispy.

  6. Step 6

    Serve the stir-fry over steamed rice, top with a fried egg, and garnish with cucumber slices.
