Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Step 2

Blend ⅓ cup oats until they have a flour-like consistency.

  3. Step 3

In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, ⅓ cup protein powder, 1¼ tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

  4. Step 4

Add 1 egg, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, and ⅓ cup milk. Mix until you have a smooth, relatively thick pancake batter. If it’s unusually thick because of your protein powder, add another 1–2 tbsp milk.

  5. Step 5

Lightly grease your glass baking dish and pour in the batter.

  6. Step 6

Scatter the strawberries and chopped dark chocolate evenly over the top. Push a few pieces slightly into the batter.

  7. Step 7

Bake for 24–30 minutes. Because your dish/batch is larger than the original, I wouldn’t automatically pull it at the TikTok recipe’s 20-minute mark.

  8. Step 8

It’s ready when the center has risen and set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean rather than coated in wet batter. Since it contains egg, the center should reach 160°F / 71°C if you’re checking with a thermometer.

  9. Step 9

Let it sit for 3–5 minutes before eating. It’ll firm up slightly as it cools.
